At Vorpalonhlixghex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of NutraTone Core. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as simple as possible.
Please read this Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.
2. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your NutraTone Core purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
- The seal on the product must be intact
- Products must not show signs of use or tampering
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products (broken seal)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at question@vorpalonhlixghex.world with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Step 5: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
Please do not send returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving your return
- Refund Initiation: Within 5 business days of approval
- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days depending on your bank or credit card company
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
7. Refund Deductions
The following deductions may apply to your refund:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns without defects
- Partial refunds may be given for products not in original condition
8. Damaged or Defective Products

- Your order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
For damaged or defective products, we will provide a full refund including original shipping costs, or send a replacement at no additional charge, based on your preference and product availability.
9. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
10. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies. In accordance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship your order within the time stated or within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will notify you and offer the option to agree to a new shipping date or to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
